Our company found another issue with the latest ACT! Premium upgrade. Since we upgraded 3 days ago to v20.1.120.0, Update 3, no one in our company can enable the Sync Schedule. It shuts itself off immediately after clicking the Finish button. I'm regretting downloading this new version.

As a follow-up to this issue, I spoke with tech support this morning and they said this issue is global, so everyone who upgraded to v20.1.120.0, Update 3 is experiencing this problem. They gave me a work-around, which is to open up the ACT! Scheduler and create a task for the Sync Schedule, but you cannot open the ACT! Scheduler in v20.1.120.0, Update 3, because it's also not working, so you have to open the ACT! Scheduler from the Windows Start button, by searching for the program on your computer.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we are working on this at the moment. We plan to have this fixed in update 4.
