I have ACT! by Sage Premium 2008 (10.0) (ST Edition) Version 10.0.3.182 installed in an office network´s main server. From that DB, I have created around 25 remote databases for the users in the network. The main server is always ON. Once created, the Master Database was kept closed, not running; and all remotes were able to synchronize. This past week, everyone had problems synchronizing. The current solution I found was to keep the master database open, running, when I close it no one can synchronize and when it´s opened, it works. I wish to keep it closed because of the other activities going on in the main server computer. Any ideas of how I could go back to keeping it closed and still be able to synchronize? I don´t know what configuration may have changed. Please Help!

You need to set up the Network Sync Service as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
If you install from the media you have, you might need to update it to 10.0.3 after you install
