Sync Message Problem

We have ACT 10 Premium -I had to restore the database awhile back, and since then both remote users keep getting a message that they have not synced, when in fact they sync daily.  The information does get exchanged, however the message continues to pop up on both users.  Has anyone had this problem or have any ideas?  The exact message says "you have not synced in 35 days."  Any help would really be appreciated!

Try running database maintenance on both sides.
