ACT Pro 2012 V14.1.108.0 on Windows 7 Home with all the windows updates applied. 2 user trying to sync gets this error:
Synchronization has failed. Cannot insert duplicate key row in object
‘sys.syscommittab’ with unique index ‘si_xdes_id’.
Failed to flush the commit table to disk in dbid 7 due to error 2601. Check the
Errorlog for more information

I've downloaded the ACTdiagutility per another KB and ran the syscommit repair that says it succedded to no avail. I've ran it multiple times while everytime gives me the same "succedded". I can't create a new remote database, I can check repair the database, and I can't do the database rebuild - rebuild sync objects - I get a simlar error about cannot insert duplicate key row.
ANy ideas?

Please list the KB article you applied, but assuming we are thinking about the same article. you need to run the patch on the maindatabase and eath of the remotes.

I'm haveing the exact same issue. It started this AM. My two remotes can't sync. Is this due to the recent Windows update?

I downloaded and installed ACT! Diagnostics_v15.0.288.exe on all 3 machines, followed the instructions but still no sync
