Hi there,
We are trying to reduce clutter on our database, and track "actual" activity by our sales reps. We don't require the recording of activity when "record Manager" is changed. Can this be changed?

No, that's built into the program.

If you're trying to clean out clutter go into the History List and clear them out once a month.
