Swiftpage for ACT! v11 not working

Has anyone had a problem using Summit 5's SPE in ACT! v11 and if so, is there a fix you can share?  All of a sudden mine stopped working.  The icon is dead and I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling and nothing happens.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have contacted tech support but now waiting for a programmer to issue new code?

Do you have the most recent version of Swiftpage installed?

 

Perhaps uninstalling SPE and installing the latest build will take care of it.  Be sure that Act! is closed during both operations.

 

We have been using SPE with Act! 11.0 and Act! 11.1 since they have been released w/o any issues.
