How do we stop the creation of duplicate records when we use mobile ACT?

Hi Marksrec,

Are you using the mobile web interface for Act! Premium for Web / Act! Premium Cloud or some other mobile solution?
If so, this does include a duplicate checking feature. It can be enabled in Preferences > Admin > Duplicate checking, when accessing Act! on a desktop browser or locally installed client.
