Using Act 2011 Premium and would like to know if it is possible to set it up so that a standard user account is able to Schedule a task for some one else ? currently they can only Schedule a task for themself. and would perfer not to make their account a manager account to be able to Schedule a task for someone else.

Make sure that the users for whom you would like activities scheduled have given permission to the scheduling person via the schedule menu, grant calendar access. Give permission to Change here.
