When I start ACT Premium 2011, I intermittently get error Act.UI.SplashScreen.Dispose() and my database won't launch. I have to manually navigate to the database to start it. And my welcome, splash screen hangs. I have my initial window set to Contacts and we are running this on a Windows 2008 Terminal Server. This does not happen all the time. Once I navigate to the database, program functions properly except for the splash screen being stuck open.

I am having a nearly identical error using ACT! Premium (Web) 2012 Version 188.8.131.52, Hot Fix 4 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Terminal Server. Did you ever get a resolution to the problem or any feedback?
