Hello - I am dealing with brutally slow Outlook email when creating a new message (whether directly through Outlook or through a contact set up in my database) and also when replying to an existing message. I'm working with Act Premium 2012 Hosted and Outlook 2010. I'm certain that I set up the outlook 2010 / Act integration properly because I am able to see all the emails in Act History. But everytime I create or reply to any message it literally takes 20 seconds for the email message window to pop up, and there's always the (not responding) error message at the top of the window for a few seconds. Any ideas?
