I'm using Sage ACT! Premium 2012 Version 18.104.22.168 on Windows 7. Our databases are shared, not local to our own PCs.
We have a couple of Memo fields in one of our databases, and we've noticed that some of the text in those fields is missing, as though not all of it came across in our initial data transfer from the old system. (When we add new records, all the text we type appears.)
What would cause this issue, and is there a way to retrieve the missing text?

Can you please tell us what fields are missing? You mentioned that the memo is missing in one of your databases, can you confirm if the same field is in all of your databases and only this one is having the error?

Thanks for the response. To clarify: The field itself isn't missing - just some of the text in the field. For example, this is the text in the memo field in one record:
asking for an increase in tari
As you can see, the last word got cut off (it should say "tariffs").
The error is only occuring in one memo field in one database. The other databases don't have memo fields, and the other memo fields in the affected database appear to be ok.
