Smart Phone - Blackberry and iPhone

Hello everyone

I am about to get a new phone and i would like to get one that can hold a nice portion of the contact database and sync it with Act, was wondering if anyone out there wanted to comment on the type of phone, what data they are able to transfer, and if they use any of the applications downloaded eg: iPhone

Any guidance would be helpful as my provider has about 50 phones available.

Thanks

Jason

You might find this comparison of Blackberry Vs iPhone to be useful:

But for either Blackberry ot iPhone, I recommend Handheld Contact for the best experience - as you're in Australia, you might find it useful to note there is full local support for HHC and Australia and are some very good specials on Handheld Contact through the Australian resellers at the moment

I have been told by a few people that they prefer the blackberry over the iPhone

Thanks for the comments

Re: Smart Phone - Blackberry and iPhone

I use a Blackberry Bold 9700 and very happy with it. I sync 7500 Contacts using Companionlink Express via USB. Not as comprehensive as HandHeld Contact but ideal if you are just looking to have your contacts and calendar available. There is no annual fee and inline upgrades are free. Support from Companionlink is superb. Refer www.companionlink.com.

Thanks for that

I already have companionlink as i use it to sync Act and Outlook so that would slot in rather nice with the new phone

Thanks again for your comments
