Sill getting ACTOLEDB error after security line fix when creating new field

I am trying to create a new email field but I get an error like ACTOLEDB is not a user or something like that and won't continue.

Someone posted that you need to run the Security Line fix but I have already tried the security command line fix twice to no avail.

Does it matter that I ran it twice? Anyway I am running ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 3

why couldn't you ACT guys have reccomended that I go to the database and run repair on the OLE/DB links or whatever???

Fixed!!! I solved it myself [Edit: please post courteously]

I Ran ActDiags to run Rebuild Schema and OLE/.  Im still getting the same error message regarding ACTOLEDB.....help
