Sharing a database over multiple offices - advice needed

I've been reading how to share/sync an ACT database among multiple users.

I am still a little unsure which route to take after playing with ACT on my machine.

Here is the setup:

5 Client machines with separate ACT! 2010 Premium licenses.

Windows 2007 Exchange server.

1 Main office with the Exchange server

3 remote offices that have domain & terminal server access to the Exchange server.

I would like laptop computers with ACT!2010  to able to update contact/lists while not connected to the Internet.

Then when they have Internet access, have the ACT database sync/share with all other ACT clients.

It would be nice to have a "cloud" based system that was available offline.

At any rate, what are my options?

Thanks

We offer a cloud based ACT solution. Also you could set up sync between your offices if you wanted to host it yourself.  Give me a call. I'd be glad to help.
