Sharing A Database

I have access to an ACT! Premium 2009 database (db).

This db resides on a workstation, on a company network.

The db was created with ACT! Premium 2009. There are several individuals that have ACT! Standard 2009, that need access to this db.

I want to know:

1. Can I make a copy of the needed db, and save it to another folder???

2. Can I covert the "saved" db to the standard edition of ACT! 2009?????

3. Can I place the "coverted saved" copy of needed db to a server, and share it with those who need access to it???????

4. What is the "best" and most time efficient process for this situation?????????

Let me know...

Thank you,

Yes, it would need to be a Restore As.

Yes

Yes if the appropriate version of ACT! is installed on the server.

Upgrade the standard users to premium so they can share the database.

.
