Hi, is there a way in ACT! to setup an alert for a record that will pop up whenever the record is being access? Something like "Do Not Call!" or "Only Talk To Advisor!"

There is no way to do this within the program itself. There may or may not be an addon for this, though I have not heard of one.
You may be able to set up a custom field with really large noticeable text that contains several different values that you could put in there. but this field would be large on every contact and not just one.

Thanks Elise, that's what I did. I changed the font and made it bold. Too bad we can't change font color

You certainly can change the font color!
If you go into the layout designer and click the field that the data would normally show up if you were in the Contact view of the database, once the box is selected, you can go to the "A" button at the top of the screen with the color blocks under neath it (next to the dropdown to choose the font size). You can choose a color there and the text inside the field will be whatever color you choose.

Oh I see, thanks Elise, I wonder why they didn't put this in the Edit Properties screen.
