I'm a new user of Act and will be endeavouring to become my company's expert in all things Act! and especially the automated marketing functions.
As I'm running through each section of the CRM system before moving on to more advance elements I have my first question for the community although I suspect I know the answer already. Is there any way to set up a monthly/yearly budget figure for each user? It is great to be able to record opportunities and see the pipeline but it seems strange there is no immediate way to view how the sales team are performing against their budgets.
I know one of Act!'s main rivals have this functionality.
