I am new to the Act Forum. Kindly let me know if I have posted the question in the wrong thread.
Our company uses Act! 2009 version and it has been a great help. I have the following query:
Sometimes clients ask us to contacts them for projects after 6 months. It might happen that the person who set up the reminder or call leaves the organization in the mean time or he is on long leave, etc and hence others in the organization are not aware of the reminder/call.
Is it possible to set up a reminder/call with a contact in Act that can be viewed by all the users of Act in our office rather than the user who set up the reminder/call?

Schedule the actvity WITH the client and the other users that should see it. You can only schedule FOR one user, but with as many as needed (which will put the activilty on their calendar as well).
