When Our employees at Waltham Services go to our ACT WEB Login at http://act.walthamservices.com/apfw/ we recieve a Server Error in '/APFW' Application Error Page. Can you please tell what is causing this?

I'm going to suspect a problem with the impersonation account ACT needs to access windows services. Has ACT or server been upgraded? What version of ACT?
