Server Error in '/APFW' Application ACT! by Sage Premium for Web 2008 (10.0) Version 10.0.1.199

Can anyone offer advice or help on the error below please?All the tests go through fine in the setup until I get to the virtual directories test.  Many thanks.

I've not seen that with APFW before... although it's fairly common in ASP.Net with IE7 as per this article

 

Are you using IE7?

Did you manually create the impersonation account?

What operating system?

 

You might try downloading and installing the 10.02 patch (or 10.03 dues very soon) and see if it helps. Note: if using dual access with other LAN or Sync users, all users will need to update
