We have a client who has Act Premium V18 installed on a 2012 Server and 2008R2 Server. Act Premium itself is working fine it is the actual server backups that are failing since Act has been on there.
The IT company has sent me the below screenshot. I have never come across this before and it is not something we would normally deal with but thought would ask you guys to see if anyone has come across this and no what the problem is?

I haven't actually run into this issue so I don't know if the steps below will resolve it. Research says that it is a Windows permission issue.
1.An account does not exist on domain member computers.
2. A SAM account name differs from its domain account name.
3. The client is running a Multilingual User Interface Pack (MUI) that uses a different default language than the domain controller.
4. A SAM account name was renamed on the client computers.

Thank you for your advice.
I have passed this on to the IT company but have not heard back yet.
If they do I will post if any of the below steps helped resolve the issue.
