Normally if you suspect your database is damaged, there are three things we recommend you try, in this order:
1) Run repairs and maintenance in ACT! and ACT! Diagnostics
2) Try importing your database into an empty copy of your database or into a new, empty database
3) Submit the database to our Database Services Dept
I could not tell you what to look for in your database if you open it in SQL, so I would advise that you try Step 2 and then if needed, Step 3. For information information, please see KB Article 24758.
