Serial Number Issue

 I have two users that somehow ended up with the same ACT serial number. I believe this is causing sync issues. We have enough licences, do I have to call tech support to change the serial number or can someone here tell me how to fix this?

This should not be an issue if the serial number has multiple licenses associated with it. What is the error or issue when syncing? Also, what version of ACT! are you using?
