ACT!2010 Web user sent an email, using Outlook 2003, to himself and bcc about 1000 contacts in the ACT! database. There is one email in the Outlook Sent folder. There are 50 "Email Sent" lines, all at the same time (4:45pm), in each of the 1000 or so contacts History. Only one History Queue folder and it is clean. ACT! is NOT installed on the pc.
Is this just a fluke?
Any way (tools) to remove the 49 uneeded entries in the History of the contacts?
