I have tried linking both gMail and Outlook to ACT and in both cases I found that when the emails are sychronized to ACT there are two problems:
1. The email message added to ACT do not show the email addresses of those on the cc line of the email. On the "to" receipient is shown & added to in ACT.
2. The header of the email (To, CC, Date, email, etc...) is stripped from the email so that if a customer says "can you resend that email" - you are not able to simply copy & paste the email from ACT into a new email and send.
What would be terrific is if the entire email, header, etc... is added to the details section of the history.
Any hope of this?
