Send on behalf of

a) Another sales rep

b) As the corporation

Searched the KB, Help and forums for any tags and came up empty

Re: Send on behalf of

Are you wanting to send an email where another person's name appears as the sender? If so, then that can't be done within ACT! Email, but I believe it can be done in Outlook by clicking the "To" button and choosing a name. I believe this has to be setup first...you would need to consult your Outlook help for instructions. Once you have done this, you can integrate ACT! with Outlook so that the emails will record in history.

Blunt,

The way to do this is to setup a number of additional profiles for Outlook in Control Panel Mail. Once you have done this open Outlook before opening ACT and it will use the currently open profile to send email as.

Thanks a million. Really a simple solution (profiles).
