Haven't used this feature before. However, when I send an e-mail invitation, the sent email does NOT attach to history and I CANNOT attach the email from the Outlook Sent folder (the ACT! icons are grayed out).
So, is this:
1. Working as designed? If "yes" this needs to be changed if possible.
2. A bug?
3. Happening only to me?
Using ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 220.127.116.11, Hot Fix 2 and Outlook 2007.

This is actually working as designed. Since the invitation is being sent as an iCal request, it is does not get processed through the Outlook history service. If you would like to see this feature added to the software in an update or future release, please post your request on the Share Your Ideas board in this forum.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
