Absolutely it is! There are a few different methods you can choose from to do this, for example:
For smaller amounts of emails, you can use the Mail Merge of Act! You can design templates in Microsoft Word and send them though Outlook.
For larger email campaigns, you can use our emarketing platform 'Act! emarketing'. This is also built into the current versions of Act! and allows you to send emails to 500 contacts each month for free.
