Secondary contact emails not recorded in history

10.0.3.182 Premium ST
Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5606)
Cleaned user temp and windows temp
Emptied recycle bin
C drive 17.6 GB total, 3.47 GB free

Found messages in the history queue which I deleted.
Also deleted the logs in the errors folder.
But still getting this error (from the log).  Any ideas?

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<outlookhistoryerror>

    <message>The file 'C:\Documents and Settings\mmurray\Application Data\ACT\ACT For Windows 10\HistoryQueue\tmp2D.xml' was not found.</message>
  </error>
  <error type="System.IO.FileNotFoundException">

Is the file location referenced existing?  How about the actual file mentioned?  Can you read/write to this location?  Antivirus conflict?

Re: Secondary contact emails not recorded in history

Thanks, Scott.
I presume that it's the same file location as used for emails to primary contacts.  No?
The xml file gets created in the same location, and I did find old xml files there which I deleted along with the messages hanging out there.
So, seems like there's no read/write issue.
And the emails to primary contacts are getting logged in history.
Guess I'll check the av.

This same user had been having on-going problems with act.ui.dll which prevented her from opening ACT!

All is well so far on that score right now.

Just wondering if there's any connection.

Re: Secondary contact emails not recorded in history

Ben confirmed that secondary contact emails are not recorded on the primary contact record.
His suggestion was to create a field (on the layout) for this email address.

The attach process is looking for match on email address in any field - OTHER than secondary contacts!
