Secondary Contacts missing after conversion to V16 from 2011 Premium

After upgrading to V16 Premium from ACT 2011 Premium, the secondary contacts did not come across.  Created another copy of the affected contacts from original database that has secondary contacts available and tried importing, no luck.

 

ACT Premium V16 is hosted on Server 2012, shared locally with 4 remote databases.

 

Any ideas?

I should have said to create a new rdb, and be sure to include all users.

Checking the main database, the secondary contacts display for local users.  We have isolated this to remote database users????

Are you using Limited Access to restrict who can see what contacts?  Or is everyone set to see all contacts?

Configured 1 user, all access.  The "Create Remote Database" only allowed all users and recommended one user for large database, soo...  I see on the sync panel where I can apply my sync set queries if required.

I think if you change the sync set to all users, this will be fixed. Or make that one user a manager .

I just tried that (all users, all contacts) with my copy of the remote (I have Admin Status), no luck.  With the new access control, we were 2011, not sure where to do the manager thing.

I will try that, it may take a couple days.  The remote database is to large to transmit across our VPN, so it needs to be sent with a USB drive.
