Specifically in ACT! v17 Web, accessed on an iPhone via Safari, I do not see a way to view a Contact's Secondary Contacts: It is simply not an option. Is there any plan to add the ability to see Secondary Contacts in the mobile view, or would others find this helpful?

This is functioning as designed. In order to see the contact in Act! Premium Mobile, it is necessary to promote the Secondary Contact to a Primary Contact. Currently, there are no plans to change this.

IMHO Secondary Contacts serve no useful purpose - why not make them additional Company Contacts in the first place?

I have discovered an issue with our database of over 4000 companies/contacts. Our database shows zero companies in the companies tab but over 4000 contacts. In the past versions of act! we would search by companies in the menu bar with no issues and this error was masked. It appears we need to find a way to re-sort our database so that "companies" will be populated. Assuming this is do-able, you are saying that we will be able to view ALL of our contacts within a certain company? Some companies could have as many as 15-20 contacts. All help is appreciated
