How do I search for and delete all attachments over a certain size? Some of our users attach emails with large file attachments. This has been happening for years. Currently there are approximately 100,000 attachments in the database. Eliminating the largest 1000 attachments will free up about 2GB.
Also, can I set a limit on the attachment size or is this just inherited from Exchange settings?

There is not a way to do this within ACT!. You will need to go into the Attachments folder in your database files [database name]-database files, sort the files by size and delete what you need to. This will still leave a reference to file in the database, you just won't be able to open it.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
