Scratchpad

Good morning all,

 

I recently did the update and now running Version 15.1.108.0 Hot Fix 2 - but now my scratchpad does not work. Did anyone else expirience this issue? Can you suggest a solution.

What is the exact issue or error message you are seeing with Scratchpad? And when does it occur?

When I try to start the scrathpad, it looks like it is going to start but nothing happens...there is no error and it is not running in the background.

Is "Sage ACT! Scratchpad.exe" running under the Processes tab in your Task Manager?

No, thats just it doesn't even make it that far...when I D click the scratchpad I get the window like it is going to start and then nothing.

 

This started happening after I did the update...
