We just started using Act 2011 and we are trying to schedule out our trade shows for the rest of the year. I open a meeting activity and fill out the information and schedule it with the people in the company that are going to the trade show. After I click ok on the calendar it only shows one person's name, not the trade show name (which is in the regarding field). I know if you schedule it with yourself it will show on the calendar what you entered in the regarding field, is there anyway to change what the caldenar displays for a meeting with multiple people?

The only option for changing the display of the activity is choosing either the 'Contact Name' or 'Company Name'. This is done through the Tools > Preferences > Calendar and Scheduling tab > Calendar options.
You may want to submit this as a Feature Request through the Share Your Ideas forum. Once submitted, other members will have the opportunity to comment and vote (kudo) on the idea.
