Scheduling follow-up

Hi,

 

I would like to do the following two things- 

1) always have Follow-up be a call (even if the initial action is a meeting)

2) have Act! let me know if I am scheduling a call on the weekends.

 

I am currently running a desktop version of Sage ACT! Premium (Web) 2013 Version 15.1.108.0.
