Did anybody experience Scheduling Preference cannot be saved after logging out?
One of our users noticed that he couldn't save some of the activities from Scheduling Preference, like Call from No alam to 0 minutes, after he loggs out and back in, it goes back to No alarm. We made few calls to support, we were told to re-load ACT on this laptop (XP). We did, and it still didn't work. We were then told to re-format his laptop and reload ACT again. We did again, and it still didn't work. We then notice the problem happens to everybody, XP, Windows 7, and server 2003.
Before I'm sending the database to the service repair, does anybody here have a solution?

Did you ever get a resolution to this? We are having the same problem (but only for new users after 2011 was released). It is very frustrating and ACT seems to refuse to address it even though it was a directe result of upgrading to 2011
