Schedule With other ACT users not showing up on all calendars

I have a client that uses ACT calendar extensively and has for years.  commonly they would schedule a meeting for 5 or 6 internal staff (using "scheduled with")  all are ACT users.  Version is 2012 14.1.108.0.  10 seats.   All of a sudden a few days ago the meetings scheduled this way stopped showing up on the "scheduled with" persons calendar.  for the last couple of years they have done this with no problems.  All of a sudden something changed.  BTW this is NOT filter settings and it happened universally and simultaneously.  Any ideas?   -John

That usually means that you have an activity that has an invalid recurrence specification.  I charge a flat fee of $300 to fix it.
