ACT!2010 Premium database (220.127.116.11 HF2). When using Scan for Duplicates in the Main database from any workstation or at the server it does not return any contacts for "Last Name only", "First name only", "ID/Status only", "Contact only" or "Company only" even though there are duplicates. It does work properly when performed from two remote databases. Also, "Phone only", "Fax only", "Address 1 only", "City only", "State only" and "Zip only" does work and duplicates are found.
I have run all diags on the Main database without success in resolving the issue.
