Sage Act Premium 2012 (For Web) IE keeps hanging

Our company has recently moved from ACT! 2007 to ACT! 2012 Premium .

The APFW has installed on a clear  Win Server 2008  Sp2 x64.

After installation and configuring IIS and client browsers I faced following problems:

  •  The Add/Remove database tab under "Web site Administration" shows this message:

 

The ACT! Premium for Web application is assigned to the APFW application pool. The pool is set to ASP.NET version 4.0.30. The ACT! Premium for Web application requires version 2.0


But when I check Application Pool settings under IIS the default App pool is "IIntegrated v2.0"

 

  • I get the following  error when trying to open ACT under IE8:   

      "An add-on for this website failed to run. Check the security settings in Internet options for potential conflicts.

 

  •  Whenever I attempt to find a contact in IE8 by using upper left search box  some JavaScrpit errors accours  and after a while IE stops responding and keeps hanging.
