I'm trying Sage Act! 2012 Premium right now and I would like to setup Act! to be able to manage my emails inside Act!.
I have a GMAIL account with address "firstname.lastname@example.org".
I configured Ms Outlook express 6 to access this gmail account by IMAP.
I did not managed to configure Sage to fully integrate the emails into Sage.
For now, in the contact history, I can only see the emails I sent AFTER Sage Installation, but have no access to the emails sent one week ago. I would like to see in the history of every contact all the emails I sent (even the old ones since they are stored on my gmail account).
Moreover, I can click on a contact and click EMAIL, but I can only send plain text messages. Why ??
I would like to be able to send HTML emails, with integrated images.
Is all that possible ??
How can I do ? What am I doing wrong ?? I did not found a step by step tutorial on how to configure Sage and Outlook...
