Sage Act 2011 Premium Web Access Issues

I know our current version is out of date, but I still need to support it.

Our users primarily access the Web app using Chrome.

They have been reporting the following issues:

 

  1. The top tool bar for ?look up? does not work. You have to use the left hand side column to look up.
  2. They also cannot look up by examples ? the option isn?t there. This prohibits them from running any kind of look up queries for future use in groupings of say, by ID status, Recruiter, Region, etc.
  3. The notes do not post unless you select another tab, like the history or document tab. You have to be sure to refresh or the notes disappear.
  4. The notes sporadically disappear if you edit them.
  5. The notes post $0 randomly.
  6. The program freezes on a regular basis. Users have to close out and reboot.

Any suggestions to address these?

Using IE 8 fixed most of the issues.
