Sage ACT! multiple email address need to use second for bulk mail merge

We're trying to use act! to send an SMS out which has been entered into a new email field.

It is not the default email field which comes up when selecting a mail merge. We are looking for the way around using a second email as the default email which holds the SMS number and host.
