I am looking for a way to link fields in the opportunity page with those in the contact page. For example. we would like to have the contact address show in both the opportunity page as well as the contact page.
Can anyone advise on an add-in that would help?

Because ACT for Web has no SDK, there are few if any addon products relating to ACT for WEb. IT's not possible to do this out of the box.
Options would be to create a report, or use Citrix or Terminal services to allow access to the full ACT Desktop product for the users instead of the more limited ACT for Web.
Even with the desktop product, what you are asking would be done best with a custom reporting or dashboard product.
