Sage ACT! Premium Web continual login screen

Just upgraded a 15 user installation from ACT! Premium for Web 2009 to Sage ACT! Premium Web 2011 (+HF2)and immediately having login issues - users login, and quickly get logged out and presented with the login screen again.  Demo database works fine.  Some users get immediately logged out, others can work until they do anything with Company records and then they get logged out, others work until they do a contact lookup and then get logged out.  Event Viewer (Application) shows a flurry of errors.  I'm going to have Tech Support remote in tomorrow morning but is anyone else experiencing this?

Kevin have not see this but have you tried doing a save as on the database as maybe it was a problem with the upgrade which I have seen and a second attempt seemed to resolve.
