Currently using Sage ACT! Premium (Web) 2012 Version: 126.96.36.199. We host onsite and on iphones use the browers to access:
https://act.idamerica.com/apfw/m - works great on the iphones. One rep recently purchased the samsung galaxy note 3 and the application does not function correctly. You can log in but opening screen is bunched up and does not open contacts

Supported Android browsers include Android 2.2, 2.3, 3.0, and 4.0. The Galaxy Note 3 comes factory installed with Android 4.3. It is likely that the browser incompatibility is the cause of the screen not displaying properly.
While Google Chrome's mobile browser is also not supported, I would recommend having them try that, as sometimes it can have a little more of a success rate in displaying properly.

I have a Galaxy S III and I regularly use Chrome browser with Act! Premium Web 2013 and I just took a look at your URL, which looks fine on my device You could enable the demo database (Actdemo) to be published and I could logon to that and try that from my device for you if that helps.
