Must have hit the wrong button; cannot see daily calendar in 30 or 60 minutes increments. Can only see the individual months and cannot seem to get back to daily view where all my appts. are. Can anyone help a newbie?

I have seen where all you get is the months going along the top of the menu instead of Today, Daily, Work Week and so on which is caused by corrupt preferences. To fix it you need to delete the preferences files, this can be done via ACTDIAG.
You will need to re-set up your outlook settings and any modified menus or columns when you re-open ACT!
1) Close ACT!
2) Open ACTDIAG via the run menu or if using windows 7 use the search for programs and files
3) when ACTDIAG is open, Click the Tools menu, and then click Delete Preferences
4) re-open ACT! connect to your database and then go to the calendar which should now be back to normal.
