I am new to this as I have been using other CRM's in the past.
I have a bit of a strange issue - when I am working at my office (and have a hardwire internet connection, which includes the VPN) I have had no issues.
However, as soon as I disconnect that, I have one very specific issue, which is happening at my home as well.
I am specifically trying to go in to a contact detail view, to the "Groups/Companies" section, and then "Add/Remove Groups" and this is when ACT completely freezes. When I am plugged in at the office this is not an issue at all.
Has anyone experienced this? Am I doing something wrong?
