I have a customer that upgraded to 2012 Premium this spring. We are syncing his Outlook Calendar to ACT! for appointments. It is set to leave the items on the Outlook calendar once the activity is cleared in ACT! When he came in to the office yesterday, all of his appointments were gone from his ACT and Outlook Calendars. Everything was deleted. He is not syncing Outlook to a phone or anything else. He was the last person in the office, and everything was there - and the first person in, with everything deleted.
Has anyone else seen this problem and do you have any idea how to stop it from happening again?
