We have 4 users (spread out across town) of ACT 2009 Premium and we synch successfully via Hamachi VPN to my computer as the "host". All of us are running Windows XP. Are there any known issues that would dissuade us from upgrading? (I have 2010 downloaded, paid for, and waiting on my hard drive.)
Also - do we all have to be running 2010 or can I go ahead and install it on my machine (the host) before installing the other users?
