SWAP fields only shows default fields

Trying to use the swap fields functionality in Act but the drop down list of fields only seems to show the default fields and not any of the custom fields that have been added Is this a bug? Can this be fixed? Thanks in advance Andy Kent

The custom fields will show if added into the contact layout but if in the added tables of ACT Plus I regret they will not.

 

We looked at the Plus version of ACT with high expectations but have been very disappointed that expected features like the one above are missing including any connectivity with Smart Tasks. We looked at the Plus product for several clients but apart from one did not proceed because of the lack of development.
